新宿ゴールデン街劇場
一応、開演１０分前に、お払い（全員でお念仏を唱える）がありましたが、まあ、お払いしなくても、この内容だったら無問題ではないかと思います。
笑えるのですが、大筋は原作に忠実。伊右衛門とお岩が祝言をあげるところから始まり、与茂七が伊右衛門を討つまでの話。終わって時計見たら約１時間でしたが、内容が盛りだくさんだからでしょう、体感的には１時間半くらいに感じました。
ダンボール造形は相変わらず素晴らしい。一見何の変哲も無い板壁ですが、実は仕掛け多し。飛び出す絵本のようです。
なぜかモスラ(幼虫)が出てきましたが、よく出来てました♪
お岩・お袖役の、メリルリン子さん・田中智保さんがホントに姉妹のようによく似てます。妙にアダルトな雰囲気がよろしいです。一方お梅役のヨネクラカオリさんはパっと見は猫娘で、ほとんどイカれちゃちゃってる娘。普通の女性が出てこない舞台ですね。
お袖・直助が洋装というのは変なのですが、極々あたりまえに舞台に登場してくるので「あぁ、そういう世界なのだなあ」と納得して楽しんでいる自分がいたりして．．．。
PARTⅡに続くような終わり方でしたが、次回公演は「赤穂浪士のへそ(仮)」(2007年12月1日～9日)だそうで納得です。
オリジナルイラスト入り団扇購入、\500也。竹製というのがうれしいです。
新宿ゴールデン街にふさわしい（？）楽しい四谷怪談でした。
