行ってきました新妻聖子ライブ。堪能しました～♪
どの曲も絶品なのですが、特に印象に残った曲をいくつか。
「命をあげよう」、「ミスサイゴン」のステージの記憶が蘇ってくる。
「青いカモメ」、ファドなんだそうな。巻き舌使って、ちょっと退廃的な感じでGood。
「私だけに」(エリザベート)、本年度の帝劇公演「エリザベート」を一本丸々見たときよりもよりも感動的でした(笑)。中国では口パク禁止令が出たらしいけれど、下手な歌を聞かされるくらいなら、口パクで歌ウマさんに歌ってもらったほうがよいと思うんだがなあ。（決して朝海エリザのことを言っているわけではありません。あくまで一般論として）
コーヒールンバのスペイン語バージョン。ノリがよくって秀逸。
Defying Gravity、ファンからのリクエストが断トツで選曲したらしい。「Wicked」は未見だそうで、急遽CD取り寄せたらしい。これも絶品。劇団四季公演演目なので、新妻さんが演ずることはないでしょうね、ちょぴり残念。
HipHopに挑戦ということで「Home」。メロディアスに歌ってしまうので、HipHopに聞こえない。続く「I Don't Want To Miss A Things」もそうだけど、かなーりミュージカル風で、既存曲なのに新しい曲を聴いているような不思議な気がしました。
アンコールでは、Piano弾き語り。今回のアンコール用の書き下ろしの曲とのこと。「上手側ブロックは、完全にPianoの影に隠れて私の姿が見られなくてすみません」とおっしゃってました。リハーサルが伸びて開場・開演が遅れたのは、Pianoの位置がなかなか決まらなかったためらしい。

新妻さんが歌いたかった曲だけれど、選曲会議で却下になったという朝日楼(ちあきなおみ)、さわりをアカペラで。「つぐない」が十八番だとも言ってました。なんか昭和歌謡曲全集を聞かせてほしい気分。
